pulsnetz.de is an open network, a place of collective impulses and an exchange platform for healthy work in the social economy. The network is initiated by the Diakonie Baden e.V. and is currently evaluating the use of AI technologies to empower its employees (caregivers, educators, social workers) for a healthier and more productive workday.

The focus of this thesis is to explore the use of Chatbos or other AI-based technologies to support this effort. It is possible to either focus on the technological perspective (and possibly implement a first prototype) or to target the social aspects and conduct a qualitative study regarding the requirements and acceptance of a chatbot/AI-based solution.

This thesis will be co-supervised by Dr. Simon Kloker (Referent für KI) at Diakonie Baden e.V..
