The annual KIT Trainees' Day took place on 4 and 5 September, during which all new trainees can visit selected institutions of KIT in a city rally. The KD2Lab was also on the agenda this year - and so numerous curious young professionals visited the laboratory and were able to gain an insight into everyday research. Dominik Jung and Michael Knierim guided the young people through the rooms. In addition, there was the possibility to participate in a group experiment and to have his own heart rate measured.
