Research Focus

I investigate how goal-setting strategies from motivation psychology can support people in improving their mental health and well-being at work. Currently, I am focusing on how to foster flow experiences by use of adaptive systems while preventing stress and work-related exhaustion. Generally, I am curious about research covering topics at the intersection of psychology, information systems and economics. By connecting these different fields, I hope to help people thrive at work.

Looking for...

I am looking for research assistants who will independently prepare and execute experiments in the lab and in the field. If you have a strong interest in experimental research, are highly reliable and have a friendly and communicative attitude, please contact me. I am also always open for your ideas on innovative thesis topics.
